The cost for termite inspections will range from $95.00 to $160.00 depending on the size of the home and the distance from Albuquerque.  Remember that Federally funded loans such as VA and FHA require we also do a Dry Rot report.  We issue reports to both buying and selling realtors and to the title company.  If you need additional reports emailed or mailed let us know.  There is no additional cost.  We can bill the title company for the inspection cost and wait for payment out of closing.

We provide inspections anytime day or night with the exception of Saturdays.
