The New Mexico Annual Apple Growers
Conference is scheduled for February 18, 2009 at the Santa Fe County
Extension Office, Large Exhibit Hall, 3229 Rodeo Road, Santa Fe, NM
from 8:30 A.M. until 3:00 PM. A lunch will be provided by our
sponsor, NM Apple Council. Following the conference we will
have the annual meeting of the NM Apple Council. You may view

Fruit Notes
The NM Apple Council will be publishing a
newsletter on a regular basis until NMSU hires a new fruit
specialist in Alcalde. Ron Walser, is now at the Los Lunas
Experimental Station and was publishing a newsletter called
the Fruit Notes. Ron is an exceptional source of information
for the fruit industry. If you have any questions for Ron you
